Seriously, the things parents say must sound insane to the surrounding world.
For instance I took a walk with my newly turned four month old (and in denial about that… moving on…)
As we walked we “talked.” By we, clearly I mean me…
And by talking I mean that I said the following:
“Oh look at the tree. Isn’t that a big tree? You like trees. Oooh look another tree…it’s a different tree. Isn’t that an interesting tree…”
Wash, rinse, repeat.
Ad nauseam…
Does it frighten anyone else that people exhibiting certifiable behavior are the very ones allowed to care for children?
What a big girl!
